Shipping Information

Amvessa provides free standard shipping within the United States.

Our shipping terms include:

  • Handling Time: 3–4 business days
  • Transit Time: 7–15 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 10–19 business days
  • Business Days: Monday–Friday

After shipment, tracking information is sent by email with a tracking link.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days from delivery.

After an approved return is received, inspection takes 1–3 business days after receipt. If the return is approved following inspection, the refund is processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping is free for approved returns and exchanges, and Amvessa charges no restocking fee.
